Will my order arrive before Christmas?

If your order was not labeled as back-ordered/pre-ordered, expect to receive your ZipString before Christmas.

If I preordered, when will I receive my ZipString?

Back orders will go out in January. There’s no better way to start off the new year than with a smile of wonderment! Especially one you can share.

What about the knockoffs?

Make no mistake, we are the inventors of the gadget that started the craze. Sadly, the knockoffs haven't studied the science of how a ZipString works, nor have they spent the time in R&D to understand the physics involved (i.e. how to balance the forces of drag, lift and gravity in conjunction with the string momentum). We are sad to hear about the lack of wonderment people feel because of the knockoff brands. 

What is the recommended age for a ZipString? 

The age recommendation is 8+. With adult supervision, however, we have seen children as young as 3 have a blast with a ZipString and grandmas swear by them. Many feel that it is an essential toy for their purse (seriously tho)!
