Refund Policy

We have a 90-day return policy at ZipString.com, which means you have 90 days after receiving your ZipString to request a return.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@zipstring.com with your order number from ZipString.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Warranty

If you have any issue with your ZipString device and have purchased within your first year of ownership, please contact us at info@zipstring.com to initiate the replacement process. Please provide your ZipString.com order number, an explanation of your issue, and a photo/video of the issue demonstrated. The 1 year device warranty does not include damaged or broken string loops.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Walmart

We regret to inform you that we are unable to process replacements, returns, or refunds for ZipString orders or Dude Perfect ZipString orders made through Walmart. These orders were not directly sold by us and do not come with the warranty offered on our website, which provides a 1-year coverage. Additionally, please note that the colors and pricing may differ from what is available on our official website. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
