Fantastic Customer Service. We had a problem with our Arcana and within minutes, their service team responded and sent us a replacement. My son is stoked. It was a wonderful birthday surprise.
I thought this toy was all hype, but it is actually really cool! We have to get a knot out occasionally, but it's easy and then we're back to playing. The string floating is so cool!! And I love how it comes with so many extra strings.

This was a present for my son who is 9. It didn’t take long for him to figure out how to change strings and start practicing tricks. This is an awesome gift for a kid.
Bought it for my son's birthday, he turned 10, and he told me it was one of his favorite gifts that he got. I think its a really cool invention and its almost mesmerizing to watch when its going. We might have to buy a second one at some point..
